You are indeed interested in beach vacations in Vietnam, aren’t you? The suggested Con Dao Itinerary 3 days and 2 nights here will never disappoint you at all cost.
Day 1: Departing from Cat Lo Dock (Vung Tau City) for Con Dao Islands
Arrive at Cat Lo Dock at 1:00PM to get boat tickets. The boat departs at 5:00PM. You can get around on the deck and admire the sundown scenery. During the boat trip, sometimes the Vung Tau city looks more sparkling at night since it is dotted with electric lights from the far distance. At 9:00PM, take a rest onboard.
Day 2: Exploring “Hell on Earth”
7:00AM: the boat arrives at the Ben Dam Quay. By that time, you will peer down at the irrepressible prospect in which the locals get goods from the mainland or pick up their guests. Head towards the town and check in at your accommodation. Have breakfast and take a short rest!
9:00AM: start the journey to explore the island’s landmarks, including Con Dao Prison, French-styled tiger cages, American-styled tiger cages, Con Dao Museum, the Lime Kiln area, Pier 914, and Chua Dao House (the palace of the island God).

Then, go to lunch at the local restaurant. Just take a break and do sightseeing at Dam Trau Beach. Of course, it is difficult to ignore immersing yourself in the cool and clean water. More interestingly, the path to the beach will provide a dramatic backdrop; there are lots of imposing landscapes you may be amazed at any cost, formed by a harmonious mix of mountain, water, rock, islands, and sky.
Seafood is supposed to be an indispensable point when you experience at the beach. Here, you can savor various dishes with seafood at one of two food stalls, but those are quite expensive, more than VND 120,000/dish.
