For several years, we at the Hanoi Elegance Hotel group have been travelling to Hoi An on business and have stayed in many of the town’s hotels. Although over the years Hoi An’s tourist industry has grown and developed, in our opinion we feel the town’s hotel industry does not fully meet guests’ expectations. The 4 and 5 star hotels are certainly well appointed with good facilities and ambiance, but they lack detail and an attentive service. And the prices are often too high in relation to the standard of service.
