Overview
This two day tour is a good way to view the river life of the local people and experience fantastic views along the way. Beginning in Mandalay , we begin our cruise with a welcome drink. Drop into Yandabo, a traditional pot making village and where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war was signed. Stay onboard overnight near Shwe Nhan Tint village. Proceed downriver to Bagan having breakfast while watching the sunrise and visiting traditional river villages along the way. We finish our cruise in Bagan at Shwe-kun-char jetty.
Itinerary
Mandalay – Shwe Nann Tint
The embarkation time is at 10.45 hrs at Sagaing jetty. Welcome Cocktail in the Saloon. The cast off time is at 11.15 hrs. Lunch will be served at 13.00. Cruise all day. In the late afternoon we stop at Yandabo, a village specialize in Pot-Making, where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war was signed on Feb. 24, 1826. Moor overnight near the village of Shwe Nann Tint.
Shwe Nann Tint – Bagan
Early in the morning we proceed downriver to Bagan. After breakfast (if time permits) we visit another typical river village. Enjoy the sunrise near Bagan. Passengers disembark at Bagan Shwe-kun-char jetty at 10.15 hrs.End of services. Finish your Mandalay – Bagan Cruise
